How do LUOVO devices work?

LUOVO devices use clinically-proven technologies that were previously only available in professional settings:

  • Microcurrent: Delivers low-level electrical currents that mirror the body's natural electrical signals, toning facial muscles and improving circulation.
  • Ultrasonic: Creates gentle vibrations that deeply cleanse pores and enhance product absorption.

Each device comes with detailed instructions and our companion app provides personalized treatment protocols based on your specific skin concerns.

Are LUOVO devices safe to use?

Yes, all LUOVO devices are FDA-cleared and have undergone rigorous safety testing. Our technologies are non-invasive and designed for safe home use.

However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using our devices if you:

  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Have epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Have active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatments
  • Have a pacemaker or other electronic implanted device
  • Have a serious skin condition (beyond typical concerns like acne or aging)

How often should I use my LUOVO device?

For optimal results, we recommend using your device 3-5 times per week for the first 60 days, then 2-3 times per week for maintenance. Each treatment session typically takes 5-15 minutes, depending on the device and treatment area.

Our companion app will create a personalized treatment schedule based on your skin concerns and goals. Consistency is key—regular use will deliver the best results.

How long until I see results?

Many users report immediate effects after their first treatment, such as a temporary glow, improved circulation, and slight lifting. However, lasting results typically develop over time:

  • 2-4 weeks: Improved skin texture, reduced breakouts, and enhanced product absorption

Can I use my own skincare products with LUOVO devices?

Yes, LUOVO devices work wonderfully with most skincare products. However, for optimal results and device longevity, we recommend:

  • Avoiding oil-based products during microcurrent treatments
  • Using water-based serums with LED therapy
  • Avoiding products with high concentrations of acids (AHA/BHA) immediately before or after treatments

Our LUOVO serums and cleansers are specifically formulated to enhance the effectiveness of our devices, but they're not required for device operation.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $100): 3-5 business days within the continental US
  • Expedited Shipping ($15): 2 business days
  • Overnight Shipping ($25): Next business day (orders placed before 2pm EST)
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on destination

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

Currently, we offer localized shopping experiences with faster shipping for customers in the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and Japan.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your LUOVO account and viewing your order history
  • Visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email
  • Contacting our customer support team at support@luovo.com

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@luovo.com or call 1-800-555-1234
  • Include your order number in all communications
  • We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't shipped yet

If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it for a refund once received. See our Returns Policy for details.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all our devices. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@luovo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

For hygiene reasons, skincare products (serums, cleansers, etc.) can only be returned if unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

What warranty do LUOVO devices come with?

All LUOVO devices come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers:

  • Electronic or mechanical failures during normal use
  • Battery or charging issues
  • LED or light malfunctions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper cleaning or storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

We also offer an extended 2-year warranty for an additional fee at the time of purchase.

How do I file a warranty claim?

If your device is experiencing issues covered by the warranty:

  1. Contact our warranty department at warranty@luovo.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Our team will troubleshoot with you to determine if the issue can be resolved remotely
  3. If necessary, we'll provide instructions for sending the device to our repair center
  4. Once received, we'll either repair or replace your device, typically within 5-7 business days

We cover shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements within the warranty period.
