*Orders must be placed before 2pm EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees that may be incurred. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.

We currently offer localized shopping experiences with faster shipping for customers in the following regions:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your LUOVO account and viewing your order history
  • Visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email
  • Contacting our customer support team at support@luovo.com

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there appears to be an issue, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations and restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes (for devices and larger items)
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Certain countries due to trade restrictions (please contact customer service for the most current list)

Returns & Exchanges

100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your LUOVO device, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

Our 100-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all devices purchased directly from LUOVO.com or an authorized retailer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • In good condition (normal signs of use are acceptable)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@luovo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and your RMA number within 1-2 business days
  4. Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

For returns within the 100-day satisfaction guarantee period:

  • Customers in the United States: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns
  • International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

For warranty returns (defective products), we cover the shipping costs regardless of your location.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please follow the same process as returns. In your initial email to our customer support team, please specify that you'd like an exchange and provide details about the item you'd like instead.

If the new item has a different price:

  • If the new item costs more, we'll send you a payment link for the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Skincare products (serums, cleansers, etc.) that have been opened or used
  • Replacement heads or attachments that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards

Warranty Information

Limited Warranty Coverage

All LUOVO devices come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers:

  • Electronic or mechanical failures during normal use
  • Battery or charging issues
  • LED or light malfunctions
  • Motor or vibration problems
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper cleaning or storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Damage from failure to follow product instructions

Extended Warranty

For additional peace of mind, we offer an extended 2-year warranty that can be purchased at the time of your device order. The extended warranty provides the same coverage as our standard warranty for an additional 24 months (3 years total from the date of purchase).

Pro Tip: The extended warranty is a great value for daily users of our devices, providing long-term protection for your investment.

Warranty Claim Process

If your device is experiencing issues covered by the warranty:

  1. Contact our warranty department at warranty@luovo.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  2. Include photos or videos of the problem if possible
  3. Our team will troubleshoot with you to determine if the issue can be resolved remotely
  4. If necessary, we'll provide instructions for sending the device to our repair center
  5. Once received, we'll either repair or replace your device, typically within 5-7 business days
  6. We'll ship the repaired or replacement device back to you at our expense

We cover shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements within the warranty period.

Warranty Transfers

The LUOVO warranty is transferable. If you received a LUOVO device as a gift or purchased it from someone else, the warranty is valid until the end of the original warranty period (based on the original purchase date).

To transfer a warranty, the new owner will need:

  • The original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • The device's serial number (located on the device or original packaging)
